Pioneer Cement Company LLC was established in 2017 with the aim of becoming the largest cement selling company in the Middle East and as a result of an increase in cement demand and distribution areas in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the growth of Pioneer Cement Company has been quickening. Pioneer Cement Company become one of the top three cement companies in Oman and expanded its production bases in to two producing factories.

According to the company's history in cement production, various, high-quality types of cement have been distributed in all Gulf Cooperation Council countries, so that the company began its commercial distribution in the Sultanate of Oman in 2020.

The company's cement supply operations, operate through two of its factories and laboratories located near the best and high quality mines that provide raw materials for producing clinker (the basic material in cement industry) .

Due to the increased demand, the factory's production capacity was expanded to reach 5000 metric tons per day of clinker, enabling the company to produce 2.000.000 million metric tons of cement annually. Since Pioneer Cement Company targets the Gulf and Omani markets in particular and Middle East markets in general, the company produces main types of cement with high quality and in accordance with approved local and international specifications, such as ordinary Portland cement and sulphate resistant cement, and other types.
